Overview

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SubmitI, including the website, application, billing flows, support channels, and related services.

Contact and Scope

SubmitI is operated by an individual operator. For legal, support, or terms questions, contact support@submiti.com. In these Terms, "SubmitI", "we", "our", and "us" refer to the individual operator and the service, and "you" refers to the individual or entity accessing or using it.

By accessing or using SubmitI, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

The Service

SubmitI is a workflow product for organizing product information, selecting directory targets, documenting submissions, and related operational tasks. We may add, remove, or modify features from time to time.

SubmitI may interact with third-party services such as directory sites, authentication providers, storage vendors, analytics vendors, email vendors, and payment providers. Those third-party services operate under their own terms and policies.

Eligibility and Accounts

You may use SubmitI only if you are at least 18 years old, can form a binding contract, and are legally permitted to use the service. You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate registration and billing information;
  • keeping your credentials secure;
  • controlling access to your account; and
  • notifying us promptly of unauthorized use or security incidents.

We may suspend or restrict access if account information is inaccurate, payment fails, activity appears unauthorized, or use of the service creates legal, operational, or security risk.

Your Content and Instructions

You retain your rights in the information, files, product records, credentials, screenshots, and other materials you submit to SubmitI.

You grant SubmitI a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit, and otherwise process your content solely as needed to operate the service, provide requested workflows, maintain records, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.

You are responsible for making sure your content and instructions are lawful, accurate, current, and authorized for the uses you request.

Authorization for Submission Workflows

SubmitI is designed to help you manage and document directory submission workflows. By providing product information, contact data, account access details, or other instructions, you authorize SubmitI to store, process, and use that information as reasonably necessary to carry out the workflows you request.

You represent and warrant that:

  • you own the content you submit or have all necessary rights and permissions to use it;
  • you are authorized to provide any third-party account access details or contact information you store in SubmitI;
  • your requested submissions do not violate applicable law, contract, platform rules, or third-party rights; and
  • the information you ask us to submit is not fraudulent, misleading, infringing, defamatory, or unlawful.

Third-party sites may review, reject, remove, delay, edit, publish, charge for, or otherwise handle submitted materials under their own rules. SubmitI does not control and cannot guarantee acceptance, publication, ranking, traffic, backlinks, or business outcomes from any third-party destination.

You may not use SubmitI to request spam submissions, deceptive listings, fake profiles, PBN placements, link farm placements, comment spam, forum spam, or submissions that violate third-party site rules.

SubmitI may reject, skip, cancel, or limit tasks that create search spam, platform abuse, legal risk, operational risk, or other activity that conflicts with the service's directory submission standards.

Sensitive Data and Credentials

Do not submit special-category personal data, payment card data, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information unless it is strictly necessary for the service and you are legally authorized to provide it.

If you choose to store workflow login credentials in SubmitI, you remain responsible for deciding whether that is appropriate for your use case. SubmitI may protect stored workflow passwords using encryption, but no storage system is risk-free.

Fees, Billing, and Renewals

As features continue to roll out, some parts of SubmitI may require payment. Paid plans may be offered on a one-time or recurring basis.

If you purchase a recurring plan:

  • you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge you on a recurring basis until cancellation;
  • billing frequency, price, and included features are shown at checkout or in the pricing interface;
  • you can cancel through the billing flow or other method we make available; and
  • cancellation generally stops future renewals at the end of the current paid billing period, unless the payment provider flow or applicable law requires a different effective date, and amounts already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

If paid features are offered, the merchant of record shown at checkout or on the invoice will control payment processing and billing for that transaction.

We may change pricing, packaging, credits, or plan limits for future billing periods. We may also suspend paid features for failed payments, chargebacks, fraud risk, or misuse.

Taxes, duties, and similar charges are your responsibility unless the law requires us to collect and remit them.

Acceptable Use

You may not use SubmitI to:

  • break the law or violate third-party rights;
  • submit spam, deceptive listings, or unauthorized marketing;
  • upload malicious code or interfere with the service;
  • probe, scan, reverse engineer, or bypass security or usage limits, except where law prohibits restricting that right;
  • access accounts, credentials, or data without authorization;
  • copy, resell, or exploit the service except as expressly permitted; or
  • use the service in a way that could create legal liability or operational harm for SubmitI or others.

Intellectual Property

SubmitI and its software, interface, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

Feedback you provide about SubmitI may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

Availability and Changes

We try to keep SubmitI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time. We may impose usage limits or technical requirements where reasonably necessary for security, performance, or provider compliance.

Termination

You may stop using SubmitI at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

  • you breach these Terms;
  • payment obligations are not met;
  • your use creates legal, security, or operational risk; or
  • we are required to do so by law or a provider relationship.

Termination does not relieve you of obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations.

Disclaimer

SubmitI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not warrant that any submission workflow will be accepted, published, retained, indexed, ranked, or generate any specific traffic, revenue, or business result.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubmitI, its operator, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or security, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to SubmitI will not exceed the greater of:

  • the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
  • USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless SubmitI, its operator, contractors, service providers, and licensors from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

  • your content or instructions;
  • your use of SubmitI;
  • your violation of these Terms; or
  • your violation of law or third-party rights.

Governing Law and Disputes

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law. For disputes relating to SubmitI, both sides agree to first try to resolve the issue through good-faith discussion. If an order form, checkout flow, or invoice provides more specific governing-law or dispute-resolution terms, those terms will apply to the relevant transaction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of SubmitI after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
